Had a great experience here today. A staff member who’s name I didn’t get unfortunately, was incredibly helpful and kind! The best service I have ever had in a store of this type. Will definitely be coming here from now on instead of bunnings. Thank you for the great service, and prices were great too.
Just want to say how great the experience is every time we pop in. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Always someone around to quickly offer assistance, even without asking! (unlike Bunnings..) My experience with Tom at this place was absolutely terrible. I approached the counter to pay with a cord in hand, and Tom's reaction was beyond unprofessional. He became infuriated when he had to measure the cord's length, and what followed was a public humiliation as he insulted me in front of other customers. This level of disrespect and rudeness is inexcusable, and I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment due to such deplorable customer service.
Angus is a lovely guy and very helpful. The prices in Mitre 10 is very good and they have met all my gardening needs. Highly recommend ed.
You go to the trouble of ringing and ask if they have a specific item in stock. They say yes. You drive 13 km to the store and guess what, they dont have the item you explicitly described. VERY POOR . Whats the point of having incompetent staff
I rang every garden store in Adelaide trying to find a specific product and Banner had it there. Do you think I was happy? Over the moon. Two days searching and I finally got it. Very helpful and friendly staff too
